The Role

At Vibrant, we’re always looking for detail-oriented, passionate and organised individuals to join our dynamic Inventory Clerk team! You choose your own flexibility and schedule between Monday-Saturday, get paid per job and with access to online training, you’ll be ready to join our team in as little as six hours.

Inventory Clerk?

An Inventory Clerk is essential in the property services industry, focusing on performing property inspections and creating detailed reports for inventory checks, check-ins, and checkouts. They are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of information using in-house software, fostering relationships with clients and estate agents to drive business opportunities, and adhering to client service level agreements.

 

This role offers the freedom to work independently, requiring self-motivation, organisational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Inventory Clerks play a critical role in maintaining property standards and contributing to the overall success of the property services sector.

What's Involved?

You'll engage in comprehensive property inspections, benefit from an upskill program including LRA's and mid-term inspections, and embody customer service excellence, flexibility, and organisational skills.

 

Daily responsibilities include submitting detailed reports, mastering our in-house systems for efficient work processing, and developing meaningful client relationships. You'll participate in regular feedback sessions, manage a variety of inventory services, and aim for continual professional development through our upskill opportunities.
